Family Reunion 2010

We had a great couple of days together in Wallsburg for our annual family reunion. Brady and Angie planned a fun time for all of us. We went to the rodeo and parade. We had a relay race where we carried an egg in a spoon up the hill, shot the balloons with the BB gun, lifted M&M's to our mouth using two pencils tied to string, and then moved an Oreo cookie from the forehead to the mouth using no hands. We played in the water, visited, ate lots of yummy food, rode four-wheelers, and just had fun. We missed you Dave, Tracie, Taylor, Lana, Drew, and Sawyer! Here are the pictures.

We had a great couple of days with the older grandkids in June. I promised I would post pictures and thought I had better get around to it. Thanks for a great time. We love you all.

2009 Grandparents' Day

We had a great time at Grandparents' day(s)with Kace, Kassidy, Drake, Sierra, Makenzie, and Sara. We went bowling, ski diving (simulated, but fun), and hiking. We also went to the Hill Air Force Museum and to the carnival at the county fair.

2009 Family Reunion at Albion Basin

These are the pictures Val and I took at the family reunion. Thanks to Dave and Tracie for all the planning and hard work. It was beautiful there, and I had a wonderful time. Thanks to all of my kids and grandkids for coming and making it a success.

Baby Jack

Another wonderful blessing has come to our family. Little Jack was born Jan. 16, at 11:34 p.m. weighing 6 lbs. 3 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. He has lots of brown hair and is soooo cute! We love him dearly already. The Mom and Dad are proud and doing well. Thanks to them for this new joy in our lives.

BYU Game

With Shane playing for BYU and my parents being serious BYU fans they purchased season tickets. Their season tickets are about 5 rows from the top of the stadium on the north end, right in the middle. They are great seats, but on Oct. 11 they had even better seats with Carrie and Kace - Row 7. It was a cold game but fun. With my parents siting with Carrie, Dave and I got to enjoy their seats - THANKS!

Golf - Who Can Beat Cody?

The answer to this question is...DAD! Dad was very proud of himself when he told me that he actually beat Cody at golf.
